PBI IS THE FASTEST GROWING PAYROLL SERVICE BUREAU IN THE AREA. OUR CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS, LOCATED IN CARLE PLACE, NEW YORK, IS BUSY, FRIENDLY, AND TEAM ORIENTED, WITH ENORMOUS GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES.
WE ARE SEEKING AN ARTICULATE, ENERGETIC, ORGANIZED SELF STARTER WITH PAYROLL EXPERIENCE, PREFERABLY WITH CPP, SHRM, AND/OR SIMILAR CERTIFICATIONS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
WORKING IN CONCERT WITH STAFF AS WELL AS DIRECTLY WITH CLIENTS
PROCESSING CLIENT PAYROLLS
CLIENT SET UPS
ANALYTICAL REVIEWS AND PROCEDURES
CANDIDATE:
SHOULD BE ABLE TO DEVELOP AND LEARN QUICKLY AND BE CONFIDENT WITHIN A MULTI-TASKING ACTIVE ENVIRONMENT. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO COMPLETE ASSIGNMENTS IN AN EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE MANNER WITHIN GIVEN DEADLINES.
SHOULD POSSESS SOLID COMPUTER SKILLS
SHOULD POSSESS SOLID TELECOMMUNICATION SKILLS
MUST BE COMFORTABLE INTERACTING WITH CLIENTS AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES.
HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8:30-5:30, INCLUDES BENEFITS, SALARY COMMENSURATE WITH EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS
MUST HAVE AVAILABLE REFERENCES.
